Sean Comerford is a writer for DomainSkate.com and is currently seeking a full-time position in the New York City area. He is a 2012 cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School with a certificate in intellectual property, media and information law. His academic interests relate to the often tense relationship between law and technology, with particular emphasis on legal regimes that have been upended by the Internet and the proliferation of social media, including copyright, trademark, trade secrets and media law. He has served as a fellow with the Brooklyn Law Trade Secrets Institute, as a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic and as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Sean graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and majored in both English and Music. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
